The Compliance team has updated the ACA Advisor on final forms and instructions for 2018 ACA Reporting to incorporate information on the extension of "good faith compliance efforts" relief for 2018.
The October 2018 ACA Advisor titled IRS Releases Final Forms and Instructions for 2018 ACA Reporting has been updated because the IRS released a Notice in November to extend the "good faith compliance efforts" relief from penalties for failure to correctly or completely file Forms 1094-B, 1095-B, 1094-C and 1095-C. The Notice also extended the due date for furnishing statements to individuals.
