It's now the final quarter for Performance Share Madness. With less than a week left in the program, it's now time for a full-court press. For Partners that have not yet completed the survey, it means that you have to go on the offensive with a fast break before the clock runs out on March 31.

If you are still in the back court, get on the offensive now and start pumping your data into the survey today! Make sure you closeout before the deadline because there is no overtime for the survey this year!

The deadline is March 31, 2019 - don't wait!

1. Download the Performance Share Prep Kit. Using this document to collect information from your staff will save you an enormous amount of time and mitigate data errors.
2. To start the survey, you will need your UBA agency number or Firm ID that appears on the Wisdom Network under My UBA > My Partner Firm, at the top of the page.
3. The survey opens March 1, 2019, and will close at 5:00 p.m. Eastern on March 31, 2019. We encourage you to enter your data by March 24 to allow time for data validation and to correct any data errors by March 31.
4. There will be no deadline extensions this year! Deadline extensions in previous years sacrificed our ability to validate and correct inaccurate data entries, compromising the integrity of the final reporting.
5. After completing the survey, Partners can download a PDF to review their entries. Surveys requiring updates can be made by submitting changes to support@ubabenefits.com prior to the March 31 deadline.
6. Personalized reports for each Firm will be distributed by April 22, 2019. This allows Partners two full weeks to review and discuss the analysis with internal staff prior to PowerPak meetings at the UBA 2019 Spring Conference.
