State of the UBA Health Plan Survey – Data Entry System Going Live!

Posted by: Meg Cipar    Jan 8, 2019

We are pleased to announce the release of our new survey data entry portal for editing or entering 2018 Health Plan Survey programs.

UBA_Logo_HealthPSBased on feedback provided by the Partner User Acceptance Testing (UAT) group, we have adjusted and improved the data intake and validation capabilities of the new survey data entry portal for editing or entering 2018 Health Plan Survey programs. We have also loosened restrictions on plan size entries. You can NOW add your client health plans that have fewer than 10 employees!

2018 Survey Data Entry and Editing

Survey data entry and editing will now be done through a Qualtrics survey portal. The portal is accessed through the Book of Business view in the UBA Health Plan Survey. The Book of Business view now contains links to enter new programs for 2018 as well as editing existing programs. For additional details reference the user's guide. In addition, we will provide an opportunity to participate in a live webinar to walk through the process to edit and enter 2018 programs. The training guide and recorded webinars will also be available on the Wisdom Network, and we have a support team ready to answer your questions.

Please note that at this time we are using this data entry portal to collect and edit data for 2018 programs only. We are moving forward with our efforts to begin 2019 data collection and will provide additional details concerning these efforts in the near future.

Overnight Updates to the UBA Health Plan Survey

Newly entered and edited 2018 programs will appear within the Health Plan Survey’s Client Report, Book of Business, Client Detail - Easy Print, and Client Summary - Easy Print views on the following business day after the survey form was submitted. This is a substantial improvement over the previous process and will allow your business to quickly respond to client requests for analytics even if their program was not previously entered into the Health Plan Survey.

If you need support or would just like to help us with feedback, please send messages to support@ubabenefits.com. Using our support email address helps us keep track of the most common questions. Every bit of positive and constructive feedback we receive helps us turn the UBA Health Plan Survey into the best survey it can be.
