Patti Pileggi, an Account Executive at The Richards Group, talked with VSP about the UBA-exclusive incentive that VSP offered last year. Here’s what she had to say about the rewarding experience, spending her extra cash, and putting together a great office party.

You participated in the Fall Incentive from VSP. What was your experience?

Participating in the Fall Incentive from VSP was fabulous! I do what I do and got rewarded for it.

What are you going to do with your earnings?

With my earnings, I bought myself a stand-up desk for my work-at-home office. I love it. It’s the coolest desk.

The Richards Group also won the top prize of the incentive, an office party. What does your perfect office party look like?

For us, our perfect office party is all about bringing the team together. We’re spread out over seven offices, so it’s great when we’re able to get together every quarter.

There’s another VSP+ Spring Incentive currently available. What advice would you give to fellow UBA partners about participating in it?

If you present VSP, it will sell. I’ve never had someone say no.

We had a small client this year and one person on their team needed glasses. In the end, they decided to buy VSP for everyone in the group. It’s an inexpensive, good benefit, and employers/employees always get the value out of the premium they pay over the course of the year.
