UBA's Compliance Advisor titled "HSAs: What You Need to Know" has been updated with information about COVID-19 testing and treatment and the email has been sent to all Partners.

In response to the spread of the 2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), the IRS has provided a notice regarding HSA-eligible HDHPs providing coverage for testing and treatment for COVID-19 before the plan’s minimum deductible has been met. Our Compliance Advisor Health Savings Accounts: What You Need to Know has been updated to include that information and a co-branded email is available on AdEase for you to send to clients and prospects.
