To address the new final rules on health reimbursement arrangements, the Compliance team has created a new Compliance Advisor that you can send to clients.

On June 13, the U.S. Department of the Treasury, the Department of Labor and the Department of Health and Human Services released final rules regarding health reimbursement arrangements (HRAs). These final rules expand the use of HRAs, so it's likely that many of your clients and prospects will be interested in implementing these new HRAs starting on January 1, 2020. Our Advisor, Tri-Agency Final Rules on Health Reimbursement Arrangements, was emailed to all Partners, and is also available on AdEase.

Our previously-published Advisor, Contraception Mandate Rolled Back for Employers, has been updated. On June 5, 2019, a court issued a permanent injunction against the ACA's contraception mandate that affects employers and their responsibility to cover contraceptive services. This updated Advisor is available on AdEase as an email and a Microsoft Word document.
