John Hearn is the Managing Principal of The Benefit Company, and a member of the UBA Board. John leads his team at The Benefit Company in providing creative leadership and advice to employers interested in leading-edge employee benefit strategies.

Mathew Augustine is the CEO of Workforce Junction, formerly Hanna Global Solutions (HGS). As a principal of HGS, Mathew was a UBA Partner for over 15 years, during which time he was even voted "Principal of the Year." He now leads his team at Workforce Junction on a mission to empower benefit advisors serving the workforces of small to mid-size businesses with benefits technology, wisdom, and service.

Curtis Verstraete will moderate the panel discussion. Curtis is the CEO of On Purpose IP and specializes in the development, packaging and promotion of intellectual property. He has worked with many UBA Partner Firms and other insurance, financial, and benefit advisory agencies nationwide.
