Get ready for an all-new experience! Thanks to our partnership with Unifi, we've pioneered improvements that will make the UBA Health Plan Survey easier and better, from data entry to reporting. We will host a webinar at two times this Thursday, March 29, to walk through the new platform and answer questions.

Initial manual entry for the survey opens on Friday, March 30, 2018, and closes on June 30, with rolling data entry available after that. By late 2018, form data uploads will be released, with automated data entry arriving in early 2019.

Since this is a new technology platform, plan data from last year's survey will not be loaded. Partners will need to enter plan data from a minimum of 100 plans.

Important note for Gen4 users: At this time, the new survey does not connect to Gen4. We are actively working on this wit Gen4, but we recommend all Gen4 agencies learn the manual entry process. We will have additional updates on this by mid-April
