The Compliance Team has updated a previously published ACA Advisor: "Play or Pay and Counting Employees under the ACA." The updated Advisor is available on AdEase as a Microsoft Word document
There was just one update to the Play or Pay and Counting Employees under the ACA Advisor: on page 10 under Q&A 41, indexed penalty amounts for 2019 and 2020 have been added.
Don't forget, you can quickly find the most recently updated documents on AdEase by selecting the Compliance tile, then choosing All Compliance - By Date. All of the ACA and Compliance Advisors are listed with the most recently-published item at the top of the list.
