Two ACA Advisors relating to the summary of benefits and coverage have been updated. A co-branded email was sent to all Partners and the email and Word versions are available on AdEase.
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) recently released the 2021 Summary of Benefits and Coverage template for group health plans to use starting on January 1, 2021. The UBA Compliance Department has updated the Highlights of the SBC Requirement with a bulleted list of the key information important to plan administrators. Also updated is the SBC FAQ Advisor, with more detailed information in 51 questions and answers.
