Brainshark Product Update

On October 26, Brainshark released new platform enhancements for its customers.

BrainsharkNow available are:

Text-Based Coaching Activities – In addition to video-based activities, you can now use Brainshark's Coaching solution to assign written activities as well. Managers can assess rep readiness for written communications in areas like email outreach, message personalization, customer responses and more.

Enhanced User Delete Process – The updated inactivate/delete user process allows Company Admins and Learning Admins to more easily reassign or delete user assets, restore previously deleted accounts, or permanently delete an account to remove all personal information.

Mobile Learning Activities – Students can track non-course checklist activities from within the Brainshark Mobile App and mark as complete.

UBA purchases subscriptions from Brainshark and makes them available to UBA Partner Firms at a substantial savings from retail pricing.

Beginning December 1, 2019, the cost for Brainshark will increase from $1,100 per year to $1,200 per year for up to 12 users per Firm. Compared to the $9,000 retail cost for Brainshark, UBA Partners are receiving an 86% discount.
