UMR has decided not to renew its Strategic Alliance with UBA, effective immediately. Two other Strategic Alliances provide robust third-party administrator services.

In 2018, the UBA Products, Tools and Services Committee conducted an extensive vetting by your peers of medical TPAs that led to Strategic Alliances with Allied Benefit Systems and Cypress Benefit Administrators (now known as Lucent Health). These TPAs demonstrated forward thinking solutions, quality reporting, high levels of customer service, and a commitment to the smaller self-funded and level-funded markets. Both of these TPAs are investing in UBA and have demonstrated a strong level of commitment to our organization.
