The Compliance Team has updated a previously published ACA Advisor titled "Health Savings Accounts: What You Need to Know," and published a new advisor on "New HDHP Preventive Care Benefits." The Advisors are available on AdEase as an email and Microsoft Word document.
The IRS released a notice that expands the list of preventive care benefits that a high deductible health plan (HDHP) can provide without a deductible (or with a deductible below the annual minimum deductible) so that a person can maintain health savings account (HSA) eligibility. The new Advisor, New HDHP Preventive Care Benefits, and our updated Advisor, Health Savings Accounts: What You Need to Know, to reflect this change.
