The UBA Compliance Team has created a new Advisor about the status of a court case challenging the ACA's constitutionality, and has updated the Advisor about cafeteria plan qualifying events.

In June 2018, the U.S. Department of Justice filed a response in ongoing litigation regarding the individual mandate and the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA). This short Advisor reviews the status of that litigation.
