The extend deadline of July 31, 2018, for entering plans in the survey database is two short weeks away. We encourage Partners to contribute as many of their plans as possible to the survey to help reach our 2018 goal of 20,000 plans. Don't forget, by entering your data early, you gain access to reporting data sooner!
For Partners using the Excel spreadsheet option to compile and update your plans, we encourage you to upload the spreadsheet now even if you do not have all your plans on the spreadsheet. This will help to speed up the process and you can go back and continue to add plans to the spreadsheet and resubmit plans additional times prior to the deadline.

You receive special access to the data when the number of submitted plans hit certain milestones:

• You gain early access to the 10 years of historical UBA Health Plan Survey data, but you must either enter 100 unique plans in the Health Plan Survey or enter 100% of all plans from your agency if you are under 100 total plans.
• Historical data includes access to trend reports and book of business reporting to enable better conversations with your clients prior to renewals.
• UBA must collectively reach 20,000 plans entered to unlock the brand-new Future Client report within Unifi.
