The Gen4 upload feature, which is an enhancement on the current Gen4 system that includes additional fields captured in the UBA Health Plan Survey, is ready for UBA Partners. Thanks to UBA's partnership with Gen4, we were able to create a feature that allows Gen4 integration with the UBA Health Plan Survey.

The UBA Health Plan Survey can be accessed via the Wisdom Network at Wisdom > UBA Surveys > Health Plan Survey.

Some important items to note:

• Gen4 User Acceptance Testing has concluded and we are confident of the quality of the Gen4 upload feature. UBA would like to thank all Partner Firms involved in the beta test.
• The Gen4 upload process is open to ALL Gen4 users.
• You can CLICK HERE to download integration instructions in order to help you with any questions you have about the Gen4 upload feature for your UBA Health Plan Survey data.
• Because this is a new feature, UBA urges Partners not to wait until the last minute to upload their data

The UBA Health Plan Survey Deadline

Gen4 adopters will still need to upload survey data before the survey closes on Wednesday, May 24, 2017.

The power of the UBA Health Plan Survey is dependent on the participation of UBA Partners. Remember, Partners are required to enter at least 100 clients or 100 percent of book of business.
