About the Presenters
Randi S. Tillman DMD, MBA
Assistant Vice President & Chief Dental Officer, Guardian
Dr. Tillman joined Guardian as Assistant Vice President and Chief Dental Officer. In her current role, she has oversight responsibility for all aspects of clinical policy, claims adjudication and effective claims cost management. In addition, she has become a champion for initiatives related to oral health and wellness. Dr. Tillman is a seasoned healthcare professional, with more than 25 years of business experience in dental insurance, managed care, and health economics. She has served on several boards and committees including the Gies Foundation for the Advancement of Dentistry, and in recent years, Dr. Tillman has served on the Steering Committee for the NH Oral Health Plan and as a member of the New Hampshire Oral Health Coalition. Dr. Tillman received her Bachelor of Science from Tufts University. She holds a DMD from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from Columbia University.
Eric Krohne
Assistant Vice President, Dental Products, Guardian
Eric leads both the strategic and product aspects of Guardian’s Dental business. Eric is a seasoned product management leader who joins Guardian from UNUM where he most recently was Assistant Vice President, Network Management and Provider Contracting. Eric also held positions as the overall Dental Business Owner and a role in Underwriting. Eric attended the US Naval Academy and received his MBA from the University of New Hampshire. In addition to his MBA, Eric also completed Law School at the University of South Carolina School of Law.
