The UBA Compliance Team has updated several Advisors and issued a new Advisor on draft forms for 2018 ACA reporting. Email and Microsoft Word versions are now available on AdEase.

The IRS recently released draft forms and instructions for 2018 ACA reporting by employers with 50 or more full-time (or full-time equivalent) employees to verify that individuals have the required minimum essential coverage, individuals requesting premium tax credits are entitled to them, and applicable large employers are meeting their shared responsibility.
