Austin & Co. in New York joined UBA in April 2016 and accepted an offer to be acquired by Alera Group effective July 1, 2019. Keyser Insurance Group in Michigan had been a UBA Partner since April 2010 and was acquired by Acrisure in August this year. Houston-based Insgroup had been a member since December 2015 and decided to leave UBA in August.
