SIE's Optimum Self-Insurance Plan is a plug-and-play approach to designing self-funded plans, cost containment strategies, and SIE's Self-Funding Lifecycle Management (SFLM), which covers the timetable from when a group enrolled in a fully insured plan first expresses interest in self-funding to when (if ever) the plan has to be wound down, such as with the sale of a company.
