ADA Advantage® was internally developed in response to customer demand less than three years ago, and includes the seamless integration of leaves, which may qualify for ADA consideration, as well as all ADA requests received by an employer for "stay at work" event requests. All in partnership with our sister company Matrix Absence Management (Matrix).
Reliance Standard and Matrix recently launched the industry's first available statistically significant benchmark on ADA volume and durations. No other sources to date have produced anything close to this overview. We have access to a dataset of collected accommodation requests from employers representing more than 120,000 employees nationwide. This analysis provides new key insights, including:
