The UBA Strategic Partner Committee has formed a sub-committee to review our current medical third-party administrators (TPAs)—HealthSmart and UMR—and conduct a request for information (RFI) for potential new medical TPAs to be Strategic Partner solutions for UBA Partner Firms.

This is the final week that UBA is reaching out to Partners to get feedback on your experiences, past or present, with HealthSmart and UMR. Furthermore, we’d like to hear from you on potential TPAs that UBA should consider as future Strategic Partner solutions. The feedback survey should take less than five minutes.
