Let's Get 100% Participation! The 2017 UBA Health Plan Survey Deadline is Being Extended! There have been 7,860 plans completed at this time. With a goal of 20,000 and less than two months remaining, we need your help to accelerate the pace.

The UBA Health Plan Survey opened on December 7, 2016, for your input and can be accessed via the Wisdom Network at Wisdom > UBA Surveys > Health Plan Survey. You can download a user guide with screenshots in order to help you with questions about the survey, or if you are unfamiliar with the process of entering data.  The survey was originally set to close on May 1, 2017.

The UBA Health Plan Survey Will Now Close on Wednesday, May 24!

We want to ensure that Partners who already began entering data, but experienced difficulties with a few survey issues, are not behind on their timeline. Also, as you know, UBA is in the process of implementing an automated upload feature that will be available for Gen4 adopters in the second quarter of 2017. This process is well underway and running smoothly, but we want to ensure that Gen4 users have time to learn and use the new automated process. Gen4 users should watch their email inbox as there will be more information to come!
 
Each year we strive for 100 percent Partner participation in the UBA Health Plan Survey and we want to ensure that all partners have an opportunity to input plans. We hope this additional time will help achieve that level of success since everyone's collective contributions toward this survey can make it the best one yet.
