As the 2017 UBA Health Plan Survey comes to a close, there are still many Partners who have yet to enter their information. We know there are only so many hours in the day to get things done, but it's crucial, not only for you, but for your fellow UBA Partners, that this gets done.

With only a few weeks left until the deadline of Wednesday, May 24 in order to meet the goal of 20,000 plans, please enter your plans today. Don't let the sun set on this year's UBA Health Plan Survey without your data!

The UBA Health Plan Survey can be accessed via the Wisdom Network at Wisdom > UBA Surveys > Health Plan Survey. You can download a user guide with screenshots in order to help you with questions about the survey, or if you are unfamiliar with the process of entering data.

Gen4 Update

The UBA Health Plan Survey integration/upload via Gen4 has been completed, and we have entered into "User Acceptance Testing" with a few volunteer Partner Firms to ensure everything is running properly. We are on target for our May 1 launch of Gen4 upload capability and will provide further updates as we complete the quality testing.
