Nicole is Vice President at Secura Consultants. She is responsible for the growth, inspiration and motivation of the other consultants on her team. She encourages team members to raise the bar in business and relationship management, client relations and marketing efforts. Like her team members, Nicole also consults, coaches and educates financial professionals in best-practices for income protection products and case designs to meet their clients' unique financial needs. Nicole joined the industry in 2009. Her knowledge of income protection planning strategies stretches across both the individual and employer market spaces. Having spent time with Northwestern Mutual working as a Financial Representative, her perspective and expertise is a great asset to the consulting division of Secura Consultants. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts in Technical Communications from Metropolitan State University in St. Paul, Minnesota. She is Life, Health and Accident insurance licensed.
