Form 5500 Filings: Countdown Issues for the July 31st Deadline

This educational session will serve as a reminder of the key DOL Form 5500 filing requirements for H&W plans based on a calendar plan year. These filings are due on July 31, 2017. The webinar will also outline strategies for timely filing and how to take advantage of an available 2 1/2 month extension (DOL Form 5558) if necessary. The consequences of delinquent filing will also be reviewed.
