Curt believes that the solution to every problem, whether in a combat arena or in the board room, lies within people, and inspires audiences to execute flawlessly.

We also heard from Symetra CEO Margaret Meister, who spoke on Driving Diversity at Symetra: Why It's Important to Our People, Our Customers, Our Partners, and Me. We heard about how she is steering Symetra through an exciting chapter in its evolution, innovating the business to prioritize customers and reach traditionally underrepresented markets and spearheading the company’s diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
