Two of the most potent and robust features of UBA’s Health Plan Survey are now available!

Access the UBA Health Plan Survey page on the Wisdom Network, then select the "Launch Health Plan Survey" button on the right side of the screen to access the Survey Management page. Then, use your mouse to hover over "Reporting" (see image on the right) to select:

• Client reports
• Future Client Report
  

The UBA survey team is still forging ahead with to provide the remaining deliverables and we anticipate that they'll be available soon. As always, we know you expect the highest quality and professional-looking reports, and we're committed to bringing that to you and the clients you serve.
