UBA Health Plan Survey Easy Client Report Released

Earlier this week, we notified you about the status of the UBA Health Plan Survey enhancements that are underway. Our first priority was to develop a brief one- to two-page client report that includes the key data with national, regional, state, industry, and size comparisons. The goal was to create a report with this basic data that would be simple to create and easy to print.

Working together, the UBA Board, Unifi, and UBA staff stepped up to the plate and created and tested a “Client Easy Report” that is now available! The report displays total monthly premiums, monthly employee premium share by cost and percentage, out-of-pocket maximum, deductible, coinsurance, and copays as simple bar charts and in a short two-page format. Now you can create a client report, save or print in minutes, and hit a home run with your clients!

Log in to the Health Plan Survey reports dashboard from the Health Plan Survey page on the Wisdom Network. You'll find your Firm's user name and password, along with a button to "Launch Reports" in the upper right corner of the page. Once you're logged in, you'll see the "Client Summary - Easy Print" report listed after you select the Health Plan Survey 2.0 folder on the survey portal home page.

What’s on Deck

Next up is to complete the more comprehensive client report dashboard that mirrors the new Future Client Report Generator (FCRG) and the previous survey client reports. This report will provide you with the same benchmarking data points you are accustomed to seeing, in an exportable PDF, image or Excel spreadsheet format. We expect this dashboard to be released next week.

We have also identified that displaying every year of benchmarking data may be slowing the system down due to the millions of data points being populated in the system each time a query for information is requested. We are conducting speed tests in the bullpen and hope to reduce wait time by displaying fewer years of data.

We are testing a new data entry system October 26 and will provide a communication to Partners on the outcome. We expect to have a new 24/7 data entry system in place in the next 60 to 90 days.

In the Clubhouse

Don’t forget that the new survey dashboard has several other tools to help you sight trends and dial in benchmarking reports to dazzle prospects and clients. And, the new 2018 FCRG dashboard launched recently is available for comparing new plan data. The data in these reports does not roll into the 2018 data but will provide your clients a comparison in the same way as the previous FCRG.
