The UBA Producer Academy launched it's fifth year on February 21 in Celebration, Florida. This year's class includes 18 students from 15 UBA Partner Firms.

Featuring the high-caliber, tailored training by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP), the 2018 UBA University Producer Academy is a comprehensive, high-octane, six-month training program that covers everything from tactical knowledge to industry analysis.

The best-of-the-best in any industry doesn’t simply develop on its own. The talents of the most promising candidates are nurtured, their abilities expanded and skills honed, until they reach their full potential.
