Through an electronic vote by UBA shareholders last week, the nine UBA Regions have been restructured.

The primary purpose of the restructuring of the Regions is to ensure that there is an appropriate number of Partner Firms in each Region, which helps both with the number of potential Board candidates and to ensure that no Region has too large or small of a voice on the Board. The restructured Regions are shown in this updated map.
