The UBA staff is here to help you get the most out of the products, tools, and services that are available to you through your Partnership in UBA.

We occasionally get questions sent using the Contact Us form on UBA's public website. While those questions do still reach the staff, it's not as direct and is intended as a means for the public to contact UBA with questions about joining UBA or about public-facing information.

The simplest way to reach out with a support question is to email UBA Support at support@ubabenefits.com. The Support button on the Wisdom Network will also send a request to UBA Support. This creates a ticket in our support system that gets assigned to the appropriate staff person to help you, and helps us track requests and responses.

Questions about capabilities or services of UBA Strategic Alliances can be directed to the Alliance contact person or regional representative listed on the Alliance's Wisdom Network page.

Of course, you can still reach out directly to UBA Staff for help. The Staff Directory on the Wisdom Network provides contact information for each staff member, along with a short list of each person's areas of responsibility.
