UBA also recently received formal announcements from several Partners regarding their departure from UBA. The Gaudreau Group Inc. merged with USI Insurance Services, Hanna Global sold their employee benefits business to a competitor firm, Paradigm Group has partnered with OneDigital, and Trutina Financial chose to discounting their partnership.
