We are please to announce two staffing changes that will enhance our IT and marketing services to better serve our Partners. Matt Mochel joined our team to fill a newly created position as Director, Business Analytics. Matt will also assume the responsibilities previously performed by Robert Black. Daniel LeCour joined the team as the new Director, Information Technology, and will serve a dual role supporting marketing and assume the responsibilities previously performed by Matt Milligan.

We are excited to announce that Matt Mochel has joined our team to fill a newly created position as Director of  Business Analytics. Matt’s primary responsibility will be to oversee the UBA Health Plan Survey and work closely with Partner Firms providing insight into data and reports for their clients.

Due to phenomenal Partner referrals and support, UBA has added 14 new Partner Firms year-to-date – with 7 new Firms coming on board within the last couple of weeks, and several more in the pipeline.

The UBA 2018 Spring Conference brought together benefits professionals from across the nation to share and network with their peers. There was no shortage of events to attend or information to learn only a lack of time to take in all the valuable insights and success stories. Many of the attendees couldn't get enough and asked for more PowerPaks, extra time to discuss compliance issues, more networking and deeper discussions around trending topics such as prospecting, renewals, marketing, account management, and health plan benchmarking. New UBA Partner Firm Sage Benefit Advisors recently hosted an onboarding event with UBA staff John Behn, Senior VP of Partner Relations, and Dan Jordan, Director of Partner Development. With more than five decades of combined experience in the insurance industry, Sage Benefit Advisors is an excellent addition to UBA.
